On a Tissue/Cotton pad or Dudu Buddy
Day: Add 2 to 3 drops to a tissue or cotton pad and hold close to, but not touching, the child to allow child to breathe in vapours.
Night: Add 2 to 3 drops to a tissue or cotton pad and place in the bedroom out of the child’s reach to inhale throughout the night or add 4-5 drops on dudu buddy insert.
In hot water
Add 2 or 3 drops to hot water and allow child to breathe in vapours, or leave in the room out of the child’s reach to inhale the vapours.
In a Diffuser/Humidifier
Add 3 to 5 drops in your Diffuser or Humidifier and allow child to breathe in vapours. Or leave in a well ventilated room, out of the child’s reach, to inhale the vapours.
In a Nebulizer
Add 1 to 2 drops to saline and allow child to breathe in vapours.
