As a co-owner and a mother, I understand the value of barely used baby items that could greatly benefit someone else. Beyond baby clothes, there are toys, accessories, and baby equipment/furniture that can be passed on for others to enjoy.
Giving these items a second chance at life is important to us, as we aim to introduce our future generation to highly valuable educational toys and activities. Engaging all their senses in learning and play creates an enjoyable and effective educational experience.
Smiles also features a unique new section that is close to our hearts. Have you ever longed for a handmade woolen bootie or blanket knitted or crocheted by a grandmother for a baby? We strive to fulfill this dream for our community and support those who rely on this as their sole source of income.

Smiles Secure Shopping
To ensure safe shopping, a fee of 10% of each item is charged, with no fixed amount. This fee is already calculated into the price that you see on the website. No surprises.

- Protection of your purchases
Shop with peace of mind as we offer refunds for items that don’t arrive, arrive damaged, or are significantly different from descriptions. - Please inform us via WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery to request a refund. Failure to do so will result in the automatic release of payment to the seller.
Extra measures against fraud
To prevent unauthorized purchases, a verification check may be required during shopping trips on your Smiles account.

Refund Policy
Your order is protected when you pay through Smiles. If your order goes MIA, arrives looking like it’s been to war, or is just not what you ordered, fear not! Just give us a shout within 48 hours. Unless we high-five on a different deal, returning the item is on you.
How It Works
Simple to Sell on Smiles
- Register on the website.
- Whatsapp your photo’s of the goods you want to sell to 067 340 3257. (Add your email address that was used to register)
- Add to each photo the following, Price you want, Size, Brand and Condition. (Smiles will upload this to the website to be reviewed by you)
- SOLD! Pack your item, write your waybill detail on the package. Pop into the Drop-off locker within 3 days.
- Once Buyer accepted parcel, you get your money!
Secure to buy from Smiles
- Register on the Member Dashboard.
- Click the items that you want and add it to your cart.
- Select one of the payment methods, Manual EFT or Paystack options.
- Wait until packaged is dropped to your locker for collection
- Keep on smiling till your next purchase.
Courier Options
- PUDO options is available.
SHOULD THERE BE AN ITEM THAT IS LARGER THAN THE BIGGEST PUDO LOCKER, SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS WILL NEED TO BE MADE.
